The perfect way to try your hands at the potter’s wheel, no experience needed! 🔅 WORKSHOP PROGRAM 🔅 We’ll start with a light-hearted clay warm-up to get everyone relaxed and familiar with the material. Then, we’ll move on to the basics of wheel throwing: how to center clay on the wheel and shape it into a small functional form, an elegant candle holder! This workshop is designed as a first-time discovery experience. Working on the wheel is a fun but challenging technique, so expect to enjoy the process more than perfect results! If you’re looking for guaranteed outcomes, we recommend trying our Hand-Building Introduction Workshop instead. The last 30 minutes of the session will be dedicated to cleaning up your wheel stations together, part of the full pottery experience! 🔅 FINAL PIECES 🔅 At the end of the session, you’ll each select two of your favorite pieces to be fired. Our team will handle the glazing with a clear, glossy finish, making your work smooth, bright, and ready for use. Your finished pieces will be available for pickup 2 to 3 weeks after the workshop. 🔅 LANGUAGE 🔅 The workshop is conducted in English. It may also be offered in French or Spanish. 🔅 MINIMUM AGE 🔅 Suitable for ages 12 and up. 🔅 PRICE 🔅 The total price includes a base fee plus €35 per participant. Pricing varies depending on the time of day and group size: 👉 Weekday Business Hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM) 🔸 Base fee: €150 to €170 (depending on group size) 🔸 €35 per participant 🔸 Group size: 2 to 7 participants Examples: 2 participants: €170 (base) + (€35 × 2) = €240 3 participants: €160 (base) + (€35 × 3) = €265 4 participants: €150 (base) + (€35 × 4) = €290 5 participants: €150 (base) + (€35 × 5) = €325 …and so on. 👉 Evenings & Weekends 🔸 Add €20 to the base fee. 🔅 BOOKING 🔅 Select your preferred date and time on our calendar by clicking the “Request to Book” button (please book at least 2 weeks in advance). We’ll get back to you by email to confirm availability. Once confirmed, a deposit will be requested to secure your spot. We can’t wait to welcome you and your muddy hands! ✨

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes it may be necessary to cancel your workshop registration. To ensure fairness to both our students and instructors, the following cancellation policy applies: 🥝 1. Cancellation Requests : All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@studio-kiwi.com 🥝 2. Refund Policy : 🔸 Up to 1 week before the workshop start date: You will receive a full refund of the workshop fees minus a processing fee of 5%. 🔸Within 1 week of the course start date : No refunds of your deposit will be issued for cancellations made. 🥝 3. Course Cancellations by Studio Kiwi : In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund of the course fees. We will also make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and find a new date for the workshop. By registering for a course, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
